Life Coaching for Kids and Guardians:

One on one sessions are one hour sessions that focus on specific areas of development to accommodate your family's needs. Sessions are held at my office in Seven Valleys PA or zoom.

TLC will come to your your school or location of choice and provide a 1 hour workshop. Small and large group workshops accommodate ages 3-6 years old, 6-12 years old, and 13-18 years old. Topics include:

Managing Emotions, Exploring Mindfulness, Self-Esteem, Vision Board, Managing Fear, Self- Responsibility, Peer Pressure, Honoring Your Uniqueness, and Overcoming Mistakes.

Coach Tara is a public speaker that provides empowering and enriching key notes for special events.

TLC provides group trainings at your school, office or any location of your choice. Topics include: Incorporating Mindfulness in the Workspace, Leading a Life of Empowerment, and Empowering Young Minds.

TLC for Youth is a licensed in-home preschool provider located in Seven Valleys PA. Our preschool program is designed for ages 3-5 years of age.
